JACKIE RENNA SANDERS is a wife and mother first. She enjoys her family time with her husband, Xavier Sanders of over seventeen years and their three children Coty, Sean and Jonathan. Her 1st grandchild, Iremide Cole Olu-Joshua, born on June 15, 2020 brings her so much joy alone with her children and son-in-law. It is the simple moments of weekly date nights, occasionally traveling with her husband and laughing with her friends are her moments of complete joy.
Jackie has five sisters and two amazing sister-in-laws. She finds comfort sharing and gathering during their annual Sister to Sister retreat. The retreat is her set time to reflect, think, process and recharge her mind, body and soul. She and her sisters have been celebrating this retreat for twenty-three years. She also has two wonderful brothers.
She is inspired when telling others of her triumph through pain and fears in hopes of bringing joy to others.
Jackie finds peace embracing the moments of truth. She loves watching her life transform into something unexpected. God assisted her to write the story about Sadie in her book,“Why me!”
Situations in Jackie’s life caused her to question her pain, asking “Why Me!” Jackie can tell you first hand to just keep living while waiting and do not give up. God will reveal HIS Purpose for your life.
Jackie dedicates her book to her deceased mother, Rose Ella Williams and her full of life dad, James Marvin Williams, Sr. Her parent’s training and lessons taught Jackie to stay on track until she was mature and grow into her responsibilities. She thanks her beautiful sisters who keep her grounded. She is grateful for the talents God has granted her.
